As Chairman of the Economic Development Committee, Carl played a leadership role in the development of a comprehensive Economic Development “Visioning” Initiative endorsed by the City Council earlier this summer. The initiative outlines strategic objectives to promote growth and retention of our business community.

| CITY SERVICE PAST |
Carl has been an active member of the Public Works Committee and Stoughton Utilities Committee for over the last 5 years. During that time, his expertise in Civil Engineering and Project Management played a significant role in the planning and development of the “4th Street Dam” which served as focal point of our community for over a100 years. The dam played a huge part in the economical development and growth of the City of Stoughton well before the turn of the 20th century.

| PERSONAL |
Carl, along with his wife Cathy, have been residents of Stoughton for over 20 years. They have enjoyed the close, personal relationships with all their neighbors and friends throughout the Garfield/ Page Street neighborhood. The cultural heritage of the entire community provides a feeling of support and comfort for all our residents.
“Watching generations of families grow, in such a small neighborhood, has truly been an enjoyable experience for both Carl & I. We have always felt a close connection, to this community, since our first days in our home 20 years ago.”
Cathy Chenoweth

“Of course our home would not be the same without our two adopted Basset Hounds; Amos and Emma.” |
